Its cooking chamber in AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel, fully welded with rounded edges, guarantees robustness and hygiene. This professional oven offers two cooking modes: convection (30°C to 260°C) and mixed (convection + steam, 30°C to 360°C). Bidirectional turbines Fan Plus two speeds ensure even heat distribution.
